1:1 sessions help people become aware of their holding patterns, move stuck emotions, and connect more deeply to the signals and intelligence of their own bodies. In these sessions, you will be guided to develop rituals, ask questions, and find deep self-compassion while moving trauma and pain out of your body.  To help you connect with your body, a variety of somatic-based techniques may be used such as breathwork, movement, mindfulness, meditation, dance and/or other body-centered practices. You will leave these sessions with a deeper understanding of somatics, embodiment, and how to integrate them into your daily life.
